This fun and engaging sessions is a child’s first introduction to the basics of dance including rhythm, special awareness, coordination and group work.
Through stories, exercises and dance-based games toddlers are encouraged to have fun and get creative in a relaxed a safe environment. Grown-ups might even be surprised at how much they enjoy the session too, reliving their youth with the odd hokey cokey every now and again.
Try and Try Again
Any parent knows that toddlers are somewhat unpredictable and here at Dance Doctors we get that; so whether your child follows every action from the very first class (never happens), prefers to spend the whole time sticking their tongue out in the mirror or cries for the majority of the class – bring them back again! They’ll soon settle into a routine of doing similar things every week and before you know it they’ll be ready to move into an independent dance class without their grown up by their side.
