A Great Foundation for Dance
For dancers 5 years and older this class teaches flexibility, strength, balance and muscle control. Students will develop a strong sense of team work along with all important discipline and concentration.
Skills and Development
In a safe and structured session that includes limbering and body conditioning, dancers will be introduced to the basis of acrobatics including, balances, rolls, splits, cartwheels, walkovers, lifts, leaps, tricks and much more.
Awards and Exams
This class will take part in the DDS annual show and be given the chance to perform at events and festival throughout the year.
